We are having our annual Diligence Beach Day at Sunset Beach in Watsonville CA.

• We will have a team beach workout at 10am (everyone is encouraged to join in)

• BBQ to follow after beach WOD

• Everyone is invited, family, friends, and kids! (they don’t have to workout if they don’t want to)

• Pot luck style BBQ

• arrive early to get good parking, the later you are they further you will be from the area we will be.
