We offer two FREE classes for anyone to come and try out any of our classes. They are for all ages and fitness levels. Our trainers focus on proper technique and scaling workouts as needed for each individual. Come join us for a great workout you won't forget!!!

Our Functional Fitness Class is focus on getting a well rounded workout geared towards the athlete and/or average person just trying to live a healthy life style. We work on almost every aspect that will help you better your fitness and help you reach your personal goals. Barbell/Gymnastics/Aerobic Training/Strength/Agility/Flexibility/Conditioning.
